Automotive Control Systems Fingerprint

I. Precautions
1. The device can be added to the original anti-theft system of the vehicle, whereas the original circuit of the vehicle doesn't need to be changed and its safety level won't be impaired.
2. In order to perform all functions of the device, it must be ensured that the state of original vehicle is intact and sound before the device is installed.
3. Please carefully read through this User's Manual and strictly follow the requirements depicted on the installation diagram.
4. Keep the password of the keyboard confidential. Change the default password to one you can remember after installation and make sure you won't forget the password. (If you forget your password, you will have to replace the whole device by sending it back to the manufacturer, as nobody can decode the forgotten password. )
Note: If the fingerprint is used to start the manual-shift car, the driver must ensure the vehicle is safely braked.

II. Overview
This product, designed by our company independently, employs the latest encryption technology from Microchip and can perform the anti-robbery function through the fingerprint, representing the most advanced system of its kind in the world. With application for patent in process, the product has been tested by the state quality inspection authority and approved for production. Some models of the product are now available in the market, suggesting a promising future in application.

IV. Major Functions
1. Living-fingerprint identification
As the device encrypts the anti-theft system of the vehicle through the living fingerprint, defects that the password can be decodes in the system can be eliminated and nobody can drive your car if your fingerprint data is not input to start it.
2. Automatic car start
After you insert the key into the keyhole and turn it to the ON position, you should input the correct fingerprint so that the car's alarm state can be cancelled and car started (only after you install the system and set the anti-theft item, can this function be available).
3. Cancellation in emergency
This product is defaulted to anti-theft mode when delivered. You can enter the attached password through keypad of touching remote controller and cancel the anti-theft mode of the system by following the voice prompts. After that, your car can be started without fingerprint identification, which can make it more convenient in maintenance work or car washing.
4. Quick alarm
If the anti-theft mode is enabled and no correct fingerprint data are entered within 60 seconds (this time can be adjusted, and the voice prompts will be heard every ten seconds), and the key is used to start the car directly, the system will alarm with sound and light and stop the starting.
5. Automatic locking
Each time the engine is extinguished, the system will automatically lock the start-up circuit in a cyclic manner.
6. Memory Capacity
You can set 10 different fingerprints (each fingerprint is set for twice to ensure accuracy).
7. Quick start after engine extinguishing
For an unskillful driver, if the car engine extinguishes because of improper operation when waiting for the traffic light at the crossroad, he can turn the key to ACC position and then to the start shift to start the car manually. This process lasts 10 seconds. (This ten-second chance is only provided after you input the correct fingerprint to start the car for the first time. It is used to help you save time when you have wrong operations during driving). If the time is exceeded, you have to input the fingerprint again to start the car (turn the key to OFF position, and then to ACCON position, and the system will send out the voice prompt "input fingerprint").
8. Power Line Cutting Off Alarm
When the power line or alarm horn line is cut off, the alarm horn will send out alarm immediately.
